RE:ADMIN! -to UnknownMage

Since the other topic is locked, this is a response to Mage. As you stated, when more players are joining, you will consider opening staff applications. As i have noticed (and i am sure many others have noticed to) is that there are in fact, more players joining everyday. (about 4-5) And on slow days, there are about maybe only 5 players online. Those players on-line, are having to deal with explaining every detail on how to become member. Not to mention explaining numerous times to them we can't Rank them. Yet some are easy to explain the instructions, others find it hard to understand, but also others are too stubborn to listen or read the signs. I myself sometimes get frustrated explaining the same thing to over and over again. I am not saying open the staff applications, I am only agreeing that when more players are joining (which they are now) we will need more staff available on-line. As I said, more and more people are joining each day, and we members are dealing with them as much as we can. please take this into consideration.

We don't need more staff right now. We have more than enough right now.

With the amount of donors and staff that are online, the guests that apply should become member strait away.

Its not like even if we promote new people, they will surely be on. People have lives and kids need to understand that.

I think what you're getting at is that we should strive to almost always have at least one staff member online. While I might consider supporting an opening of staff apps if there was actually someone where I'm like, "OMG!!111!!! THIS PERSON REALLY NEEDS TO BE PROMOTED!!!!1111!!!" (like last time), I'm not as enthusiastic about anyone who isn't currently a staff member. Just being honest

However, I do agree that the server has been growing quite a lot, and its peak numbers of players (as in the number of players online at any given time) for a week are about 18. I just don't think it has grown to the point that the current staff can't handle it.

I see both your points, but the number of staff members on-line vary to different time zones. What I'm saying is, in this time zone, it is 11am, and this staff can be on, where it is 11pm here, this staff member can go to bed...I agree ther are many staff members, but as I said, take it into consideration for the future, when the server starts BOOMING with more players. (which I have no doubt it will)

I see your point, but I think there are enough staff members.

We didn't miss it Farquor, we're just saying that we don't really want to take it into consideration. Lol.
