In order to apply for Mod, you must have played on the server for 2 weeks!
In order to Apply for Mod+, you must have played for a Month on the server!

Top 2 Characteristics a Staff Member should have are: ???
What rule is said twice on the server?: ???

If you put something like "I just want to be mod!", I won't consider the application and it will be locked immediately..
