We will most likely open staff apps as soon as Someone becomes inactive or gets demoted.

They actually probably won't open for a while. We lost many many many players and stuff throughout the last few months because of not updating for a while and then being whitelisted for a long time. Therefore, we won't really need any staff for a while until we finally surpass pre-1.3 levels.
