OK. Let's say you want to make the line, "Hi! I'm awesome!" green. Highlight the text (left click on the space to the left of "Hi" and drag your cursor right, if you don't know how) and click on the color palette button (this thing: Forum text editing help Capture). Now, the highlighted text might not be highlighted anymore, but don't worry because the system remembers what you highlighted. Then click on "green." Done!

    Final result: Hi! I'm awesome!

If you want to do something else, like make your text bold, do the same thing as above, but instead of choosing the color palette, click on the B button. Final result: Hi! I'm awesome! Alternatively, you can simply highlight the text and hit the "CTRL" and "B" keys (on your keyboard) at the same time. The same can be done with underlining text except you hit the "U" button, or hit the "CTRL" and "U" keys at the same time.

Combine all of this HTML coding together and you can get: Hi! I'm awesome!

It has come to my attention that on Google Chrome, you cannot do the control shortcuts (ie: ctrl+b for bold, ctrl+i for italics). On google chrome, you must first highlight your text then click on the appropiate buttons(Forum text editing help ButtonsforForums)
    B corresponds to bold text
    I corresponds to italicized text
    U corresponds to underlined text
    S corresponds to strikedtext.

To change the size of the text (for this example, I'll use "Hi! I'm awesome!" again), highlight the text you want to enlarge/shrink. Then click on the font size button (Forum text editing help Fontsize) and select the font size you want.
    Final result: Hi! I'm awesome!
I believe you can edit the value in the "[size=x]". So if you want something even bigger than font size 24 (the value for HUGE text), you can edit the number to say, 29. If a value is too high (also known as anything above 29), the system will probably just reject it though.
    Final result: Hi! I'm awesome!
